Looking for the benefits, but not a fan of the bold flavor? This recipe can also be made into a lovely ginger-lemonade (see below for details).

Citrus fruits are rich in Vitamin C, anti-oxidants and plant compounds - making them a staple ingredient in immune system support.
In addition to immune-boosting effects, Ginger is a great ailment for digestive issues, nausea and morning sickness.
Added Turmeric gives an additional anti-inflammatory effect.

Immuni-Tea Ginger Citrus Shots
Ingredients:
1.5 tsp of Arteasana Immuni-Tea
2 oz water
2 tsp of lemon or lime juice (freshly squeezed is best!)
Optional:
pinch of ground turmeric
pinch of cayenne pepper
honey, sugar or sweetener of choice
mint for garnish
Directions:
Bring 2 oz water to a boil. Steep 1.5 tsp of Immuni-Tea for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea leaves and let cool.
Add lemon or lime juice, and any optional ingredients.
Sweeten if desired. Enjoy!
Immuni-Tea Infused Lemonade
Ingredients:
- 1.5 tsp of Arteasana Immuni-Tea
- 2 oz water
- 8 oz lemonade
- fresh mint leaves (optional)
Directions:
1. Boil 2 oz of water and steep 1.5 tsp of Immuni-Tea leaves for 3-5 minutes. Remove tea leaves and let cool.
2. Mix cooled tea with 8 oz of prepared lemonade.
3. Add fresh mint leaves if desired. Enjoy!
